Payment Terms: Payment for HRZOOM services is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in writing. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Payment Methods: HRZOOM accepts payments via e-transfer only. Payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.
Late Payments: Any payments not received by the due date will be subject to late fees as specified in the invoice or agreed upon in writing. HRZOOM reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue accounts.
Taxes: Prices for HRZOOM services are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with their purchase.
Refunds: HRZOOM does not offer refunds for services rendered unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at the sole discretion of HRZOOM.
Disputes: In the event of a payment dispute, customers must notify HRZOOM within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the charges.
Changes to Payment Terms: HRZOOM reserves the right to change or modify payment terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to customers in writing.
